I had one just like that. Worse part he had been using it that way for over two years.... As a joke I handed him a broom handle and swing that around as it would probably cut better..

I have seen commercial mowers in the shop with blades like that. Obviously the operator wasn't overly attentive but I guess that is to be expected from a 17 year old on minimum wage.

I've seen some dumb a%% 50-60 year old guys too that you'd think would know better... ?
