i have a new commercial turf engine (25 hp) and recently had to disconnect the fuel solenoid in order to fix a wire that got pinch and caused a short. When i went to reconnect the fuel solenoid i notice that the connecter could be installed either way. So my question is, is the solenoid valve polarity dependent or does it not matter? the part number for the solenoid is 798779. there is no indication on the solenoid side either.
