Flywheel clicks when I turn It by hand.

When I turn It It clicks constantly and It has a very hard time starting I have checked all pulleys and disconnected the belts but It still does It. I have adjusted the valves multiple times a It's still doing It. It's coming from the engine. It runs fine no noises. Spark Plus is currently out on video.
