Float needed

I have a 1976 Lawn Boy model 5244 mower that has a leaky carburetor float. The part number is: 681208. Does anyone have a good, leak free float so I can get my
old baby back to work?
 
Your best bet is to see if you can find a replacement carb. My searches say that LawnBoy #681445 should be the one if you can find one. I haven’t seen that carb for over 20 years. Might find one in a small engine boneyard. Good luck in your search.
 
681843 carb which includes a cork float 681844 as the superceded part. Look on Amazon and Ebay.
