Well I did it. I started mowing today. I started by trimming around the fence and stuff. Echo started on third pull. Tried to crank the Honda but it would not start so tried the Z-turn it ran the battery down. Put charger on the thing and an hour and half later it was running. Made one pass and the front tire went flat. Got that off and aired up and just finished the back yard. Guess tomorrow I will finish the first mow of the season. Then I get to go to town and buy some oil, oil filter, plugs, and air filters and service them all.

Here in Cajun Country, it's been way too wet to cut grass until yesterday. So, like you I was finally able to cut my yard for the very first time this year. I string trimmed my 1450 feet of edging. Then I broke out the Scag Cheetah to tackle the tall heavy clover that had grown tall and thick.

I was pleasantly surprised how the Scag Cheetah made such a small job out of the tall clover and weeds in short order.

Love my Cheetah.....!!!!

Well me too, mowed the front yard for the first time of the season last Thursday
afternoon. Still a little wet, forecast says 32 here in the morning and possibility
of more rain over the weekend.

Oh well, just waiting for April so I can get the fertilizer out, and really get to cutting
grass

Here in Washington I put fertilizer down 3 weeks ago all my customers lawns are green. And I am waiting for them to be long enough to cut. Another round of fertilizer in a week :)
