FH580V-BS25 Control Equipment For Throttle/Choke

I removed the Throttle & Choke cables From The Control Panel and can't remember or find the place to hook the top of the '39129' SPRING to. See Attached file. Diagram.
Ferris IS 1500Z Model # FH580V-BS25-R / Serial # FH580VB36982 (Kawasaki) 19 HP Engine.
