Having trouble with the engine leaking oil from the bottom of engine. Have changed the bottoms seal 3 times but it still leaks bad, also I made sure to get it on there straight too. Anyone have any idea what could be going on, and how to fix it???
 
Those engines have no bottom bearing, they just run in a machined area of the oil pan. You may have enough wear for the crank to move a bit. You might want to pull the motor again and see if the crank moves. Any movement much will allow a leak:frown:
