ferris o turn electrical problem

I have a Ferris 5900 799 O turn mower with a Yanmar Diesel engine it only has 30 hours on the machine and keeps burning out the 4second timer that is connected to the engine starting circuit
This happens when I try to move the machine without having the parking brake off the local dealer has been little help
any suggestions as to the cause would be appreciated

keithc, do you drive your vehicle with parking brake on? SAFETY FIRST!

The engine should cut out if you attempt to move the mower with the brake on

You have a warranty on it right? If so why put your self a hassle and let them fix it.
