Should the large nut under the pull start unit become loose ?

What honda engine do you have? got a picture of it? model number?
now as far as a large nut on the recoil goes, only thing i can think of off the cuff is the flywheel nut. which is generally pretty tight.

GCV160 is the only number and I would guess flywheel nut would be correct but why would it come loose ? Do you know what torque setting it should be ?

Should be 38 ft lbs.
