Repairs Exmark 48" Lazer HP no start

Hi,

The mower was fine last week when I used it. Today it will not start, not a peep. This mower has the Kohler 18 hp engine. I have checked the battery and fuses. Any thoughts? I would to get her running today to get ahead of any rain.

My 60" 27 water cool would not start last week.. It would turn but not start.
650hrs never had a problem.. Now it turns over fine but not fire..
HMmmmmm all my levers set right.. I had a brain storm.. THE SEAT button I raised up my seat were the bolt presses the metal bar to start.. It has worn down..now Im a fat azz 300lbs so i smash that bolt.. I put a piece of wood between seat and the bolt head... FIRES right up.. I work in a steel mill I got a 2'' 1/4 flat duct taped around bar and been fine.

I hope that is your problem
well you did say not a peep??

Does your Kohler engine have "EFI"? (Electronic Fuel Injection) If so, you will/should have a small LED close to the key switch. Turn the key on and off 3 times and watch that LED. It should blink 6 times pause then one time for normal operation. If it blinks different, let me know I have the codes here.
