i like this site. very good info i have seen. i got into the lawn business by accident. i'm a fulltime fireman and was looking for something on my off days and get my kids involved to more teach them a good work ethic than make money. ofcourse it has ballooned and now working as DBA. i have 30 residential and 4 commercial accounts. i am at the point where i need bigger equipment. it's still me and my sons and now grandsons. they work hard and i am proud of them. i have never looked at it as a job. the lessons learned are way more valuable than any monetary gain. you guys who have built your businesses have my utmost respect. i'm just a dad and grandpaw who used hardwork and our faith to help me with my kids. they are still teenagers but like today they are going nuts because the rain has held us up from working. again i enjoy reading the lessons and advice from you experts. i am a truly blessed man. glad i found this site.
