Just wanted to let everyone know that the engine swap was a success. Did some modifying on the cover plate from the 17 hp to make it work with the 19hp and have a fuel pump. Also had to replace the governor. all in all I have about $100 in this swap. Since I finished the job I have mown the yard three times with the motor running constantly for about an hour and a half a time. It runs perfectly without a hiccup. And the old Cub Cadet does a very good job of cutting the grass. Thanks for all the help.
