Engine swap / compatibility JD 175 with JD 240

Just curious if a Kawasaki engine out of a JD 175 which is a 14hp will fit/work in a JD 240. These two lawn tractors are about the same age relative to years produced. I know the 240 had a pressurized oil lubrication system and oil filter but not sure if the 175 has the oil filter. Looks like an easy swap. If the 175 engine doesn't have that feature of the oil filter setup, from parts schematics it looks like the unit is compatible for a swap between engines. Probably the main question is if the main drive shaft on those engines is the same as I am looking to purchase on the engine out of the 175 but I want to make sure pulleys and the electric clutch will fit. From what I see, this is the same engine from general technical specifications I find on the internet, but was curious if anybody knows first hand if there are differences?
