iam fixing a problem , and lost one, yes just one side of the two piece valve keepers or maybe they are called valve stem locks
briggs is the only place i see them and they want almost 5 dollars pluss 8 to ship , any help i have no problem buying them but that seems high, engine is a 26 horse ohv 26 horse, model number 44777

Give us a picture. Surely someone can direct you to a better source. The riding tractor salvage yards and dealer shops probably have a few on the ground waiting to be picked up.
