Short answer, no. If you are careful you can tweak it back by inserting a drill bit into it, about a 1/2”, and bend it straight. Use the smooth end of the bit.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried bending it back, but tube just bends back. Noticed the brass ring around that tube has some damage and the emulsion tube looks like it has been pushed all the way into the carb as well. Ordered a carb for $15. Mower keeps dying when the blades are engaged, but recovers when choked. Verified the seat safety switch is not the problem. Not sure where this mower has been so gotta check everything.

the photo is off to one side a bit. Until we are looking straight at the tube it is hard to know for sure.

The function of an emulsion tube is to mix fuel and air. If that is happening then it is doing its job. There can be special tools needed to remove and seat them.
