Just repaired a blown CV pulley on my T1600 tractor, Hooked everything back up started it up and put it in gear as soon as I let up on the brake pedal it dies in gear or not.
Tested the safety switch with my Fluke all test good, could it have cut something when the pulley blew??

You need to be a bit more descriptive about why you needed to repair the pulley and how you did so. You also need model, year and serial number. Posting a service manual wiring diagram would help, as would where you bought the replacement parts you used or details how you repaired the old one.
