i have a situation with my trimmer. 58v string trimmer. i have a problem while trimming. i keep getting grass clippings caught between the line head and the guard to the point where the trimmer stops turning. can anyone suggest to me how to avoid that situation? l spend more time trying to clean out the grass clippings with a pick than i do trimming. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Usually very high grass will cause mine (SRM 230) to bind up as well. Try blade on the high/thick stuff.

It sounds to me that you are cutting tall grass and weeds. If that is the case, start trimming at the top of the grass and work downward.
