My Echo weedeater was getting finicky, would not completely power up and would only run about 75% throttle at about 1/2 choke.

I went and looked at a new Stihl trimmer, $300 and was set to buy it. The mechanic looked at my echo and told me I new a new carb, $56. I put it on in about 10 minutes and it is now a beast.

The new Stihl did have a larger debris shield. I have $240 in my pocket that I thought were gone.

I also feel good about the integrity of the dealer.
