ECHO only idles

I have a customers Echo trimmer SRM-225 S/N S89312743094. Problem is it only idles and only with choke on or partially on. Compression is right at 100 psi. Cylinder looks good, spark plug is ok, spark arrestor is clean. New fuel/oil mix, it has good spark and I put a carb kit in it. Fuel hoses are good, I pressure tested and vaccum tested them no leaks. I can get it to rev up but only while playing wth the choke. I am at my wits end.

Try running without muffler, may be plugged.

Okay I took the muffler off and tried to run it. Same problem, there is little to no carbon build up in exhaust port.

More than likely a fuel problem. I would be going back to the carb, checking that I did everything right. Reviewing these two articles may show you what to look for.
