Echo Css-346 chainsaw will not idle

My echo was has run great for a few years, lately it does not want to idle. I need to keep pressing the trigger to keep it running.
The saw has not seen a lot of use. I've cleaned the plug and air filter, and am using new fuel.
I don't think the carb is adjustable.
Any help would be appreaciated.
