I'm so sick of the people I live with. I can barely stand looking at them anymore. They refuse to leave and won't pay a penny in rent. Not even the cops can get them out. It's driving me crazy!

Don't know what to say -- Who owns the property ? Who does pay the bills ?

:confused2:

I am sorry you have to endure this, but don't you have some kind of lease or rental agreement that can provide a legal basis to end their tenancy? Who does the property you live in belong to? Hard to give advice unless we know specifics, so please let us know what is involved. Thanks.

thas a very touchey deal and the big problem is every state has it's own rules on eviction i would think the only way to for you is to contact an attorney and see what your options are or maby ther is someone on the forrum from same state that can help you. i know here we have a agrement that is signed by the renter and if we want them out we give them a 30 day nottice and @ the end of the 30 days we can empty can put there belongings and them out.

I used to own rental property and am somewhat familiar with the eviction process, however, without knowing specifics all we can do is be patient...

I don't know state laws, but here in Ohio we have a contract set up. I have tenants and can give them 20 days to leave then I can do whatever I want. But I have AWESOME renters, so I must be lucky:smile: Good luck in your situation!

Surely they signed some sort of agreement when they moved in? Are you the owner of the property or a tenant as well? The owner should be able to evict them but usually he'd have to take them to court first.

I'm having the exact same problem. But since my kids are only 12 years old I guess I'll just have to grin and bear it for a few more years.

Sorry, don't mean to make light of your situation, but I seriously do feel that way sometimes!
