Do you ever Optimize your computer and if so how often do you Optimize and run a cleanup on your computer?

When one of the disc cleaners throws 100 files at you that are weeks, months or years old you have no idea what they were so will either just hit the "delete" and hope for the best or spend a week trying to work out what all the files are.

When one of the disc cleaners throws 100 files at you that are weeks, months or years old you have no idea what they were so will either just hit the "delete" and hope for the best or spend a week trying to work out what all the files are.

I set mine up to optimize daily. I also do the CCleaner daily along with the clean up to remove unwanted files to free up space. Then use Norton to do a Quick Scan. People just really don't know how much crap can accumulate on your drives. Just wiping out your browsing and download history, cache and cookies every day can make a difference in how your computer runs.
