I am replacing spindle bearings and wondering if I need to also replace the bushings on the pulleys shown in video (or is this "play" normal): Thanks

While you have it apart it would not hurt one thing to change the bushings, so yes with it broken down like that I would change them.
Also when you are done mowing, I would blow off the mower and deck after each use with a good strong leaf blower.
