Dixon 3014 transaxle adjustment ?

Hello every 1

I just bought a 2nd mower and its a dixon ztr3014 for 100 bucks
In my opinion its worth it what i paid for it . the guy broke one of the arms on the drive
so i ended up welding it

its not out of wack but i cant get it to adjust right . Can any tell me a proper way to adjust it ? :thumbsup:

I got the adjustment right i think but the drive belt is very loose

is this normal ? I can squeeze the belt and it would touch its self and still have play
