Good Morning my Dixie chopper sat up for a year now it’s turning over but won’t start ,it’s like it’s not getting gas to the carburetor

Give it a short shot of carb cleaned down the plug holes & crank the engine
Should fire once or twice
Do the same directly int the carburettor should fire a few more times
