Discharge problem.

Well, I don't mow wet or high grass. The mower is set up to side discharge not mulch. I'm telling the dealer this, and he's thinking this old man is crazy as hell( but with a smile on his face). So, I finally do take it to the dealer. He keeps the mower 2 weeks and calls and says its ready for pickup. They cleaned under the deck, sprayed something on to keep grass from sticking, and adjusted the rpm's of the motor. My buddy had already done all this, but he didn't want to do anything else because the mower is under warranty. My buddy also said in the 40 years of fooling with mowers, he had never seen a mower pack the deck like this. At any rate, I get the mower home, start it, and mow 1 strip to see if it discharges. It didn't! It's hard to fix a problem when you don't believe a problem exists!
 
And hard for a shop to actually see the problem; unless, actually mow with it. That why I have several acres of grass to mow to duplicate the customer complaint. And believe me it take mowing over sometimes to get to the problem. Most commercial shops don't even have grass to mow.

Just fixed a Cub Cadet Tank that took over 3/4 of an acre mowing just to get to the first problem and during the second mowing two more problems were found. Third time mowing no problems found.
 
A mower should discharge something before the deck gets packed.
You are saying that the mower does not discharge AT ALL. The only way that can happen is a plugged discharge chute or you are running a mulching kit.
If you are running a mulching kit, get rid of that monstrosity.
Install high lift blades.

You haven't said whether or not there is a mulching kit installed on the mower deck.
The blades must be installed with the cutting edge towards the ground and the wings mounted towards the top of the deck.
 
As I said, my buddy hoisted the front of the mower completely (almost vertical) off the ground. When he did, looking at the mower from the front, the right bay (away from the discharge port) was completely clogged down to the top of the blade. The middle bay was about half full, and the bay beside the discharge port was almost clean. He then pulled the blades off the mower, and the top of all 3 blades was shiny where the blades had been turning when the bays were all clogged. At that point, my buddy said 'I've been doing this for 40 years, and I've never seen anything like this!"

Jack it up and get some pictures of the underside of the deck. Before cleaning pictures and after cleaning pictures.
