Discharge chute stuck in upper position?

Brand newbie here, 54" xcite z345 Husqvarna zero turn. I just got the darn thing and can't figure out how to lower the discharge chute. I'm sure there is a simple trick???? I am going to remove that monstrosity of a chute and just leave the metal portion. Thanks for the help.

Figured it out. Apparently the bracket on the discharge was bent, in shipping. I bent it back and all is well. It was a little disconcerting having to bend the brand new item, but it's all . Now if I can figure out how to detach the rubber portion from the metal portion of the chute...
