Died while running

Good morning. I have a LT1050, with the courage 23 mover. While cutting grass, mower idled down and died. Changed plugs. mower will start briefly with starting fluid sprayed directly into carb. Appears no fuel is getting to carb. Blew out fuel line from filter back to tank. Verified fuel pump is pumping fuel. Any suggestions? I would appreciate any feedback or knowledge. . First of all make sure you have a good fuel flow to the carburetor. What I have ran across in my shop is that the needle valve in the carburetor with the rubber tip will stick closed. Replace the needle valve in the carburetor.
