Devilbiss excell model exgh5010-2 Generator

Yes, I know. The main concern for the generator is refrigeration, but I have not tested with it since replacing carb. I have used this generator for several storms with extended power loss. It ran my refrigerator fine. I'm just testing some before declaring the generator fixed. After I put the kill o watt meter on it, I will hook up the fridge and freezer for testing. I ran the power tools to see if RPM/voltage were affected by the load, and I did not see anything. If it was momentary on starting the load, I missed it. I am reading RPM with a cheap tach, where you wrap a cord around the spark plug wire. I live in Slidell, LA, which is near New Orleans, and the Gulf. We have the occasional hurricane passing through, which can cause power outages for days. That's why I have 3 generators.

That generator should run both a refrigerator and freezer with a little power to spare for lighting.

For load testing, I use a couple of 1500W space heaters and turn them on high.

I am in the country outside Devine TX, and we get power outages a couple of times a year due to storms or excess heat blowing the pole transformer fuse.

Usually, I run my generators (3 of them) once a month and drain out all the fuel to put in my cars once a year.
