I have a Craftsman 46 inch riding mower (6 years old). 917.203.830 model

I hit a root in the backyard tonight and the metal rod holding the front of my deck broke. So the front of the deck is laying on the ground.

I looks fairly easy to fix(Let me know if I'm wrong)- I'm just not sure that the name of the part to order. I went thru thru manual online and couldn't find it. I watched a bunch of youtube video and cant find the name of it.

I would appreciate any help

The part name varies from manufacture. Some call lift link or others call it a draft rod. Either way the PN 581506901. USe the part number and Google it for sources.

It is called a drag link.
Very rare for one o break.
usually they rip one of the mounts off first.

Might be rare but I welded two back together last year as it was push to shove time frame.
