Deck height adjustment slipping on a Z930a Mod with 60" 7 Iron deck

I have a 2011 Z930a mod with 60" 7 Iron deck. My deck height adjustment is slipping, so I cannot adjust the cutting height. in trying to figure out what is happening, I’m not sure how to remove the adjustment knobs to get into the adjustmen cam. Any ideas? Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks for any help..

Then you remove the fender components. A real pain to get to the works.
