There was a recall on some models of Z-turns about three years ago, depending on when it was purchased. The dealership where you purchased the unit was supposed to contact you to replace the idler pulley system. Contact your dealer to find out if your unit was included in the recall and if so why it wasn’t done.

the bulletins were fix-as-fail meaning if it wasn't broken they weren't fixing them

the psb-2018-020 (IIRC) wasn't a recall but a reliability update that many including myself took advantage of. It was a 3 or 4 part repair, took the better part of a day to do all of it. I did 2 a day for 4 months. Paid my bills quite well for a while.

There was the fix-as-fail bulletin a couple years back that had to do with frequent belt failures. I don't know of the bulletin's expriation date. Call dealer and tell 'em your belts keep breaking/coming off and ask them about the bulletin. If they don't know, PM me and I'll give you a number to call the dealer I used to work for. They'll know.
