cub cadet xt2 will not start or engage clutch

have a xt2 13wia4cn010 that will not start and clutch will not engage, replace ignition switch and pto switch no change, did a wiring check everything looked good, so i am at a total loss as where to go now
would like any help thanks in advance AC
 
Does the carburetor solenoid even activates?

If not you got a voltage supply problem. And you need to use a volt meter to hunt down the problem. Can be either the positive side or negative side. I kinda make sure the fuse and holder are good.
