Hey Guys,

So some of you know I recently swapped a 25hp Courage in the place of a 22hp 7000 Series. Everything went fine and worked great. Today I washed it and went to move it and everything is dead. Checked fuse on top of battery and its blown. Put a new fuse in and it blew as soon as I plugged it in, even with key off. What should I check?

Unplug the rectifier and see what happens
The only wire that should be live key off is the return wire to the battery

I completely removed the rectifier and still popped fuse.
