Cub Cadet XT1 doesn't turn over immediately after use

My Cub Cadet XT1 is has 70 hours on it. After using it for a while it doesn't turn over, as if the battery is weak. If I wait 10-15 minutes, it starts fine. Any ideas.

Check all your connections first and test the battery, Sometimes a hot engine is harder to roll over

Since the true model number isn't posted. Here is question, does it have an electric PTO clutch?

Manual PTO clutch.

Then what I have seen can be ruled out...But I would not rule out a partially shorted anti back fire solenoid as it sounds like a charging system taxed to the max and battery is partially draining and rebuilding a surface charge sitting for the time mention.
