I was gifted this model of cub cadet from a neighbor. it worked really good last season. then when i got it out this year, the mower has a hard time running when you first fired it up. you have to play with the choke for a minute and it will run properly after a few mins. Then when I engage the blades it will let me do about 1 to 3 mins of mowing and then it slowly dies down. if I hit the choke it'll stay on a few more seconds but quickly dies down with I let off of the choke..
it has all new fuel filter, air filter, clean gas, neighbor rebuilt the carb last summer,
some one had mentioned possibly the ignition coil is bad and that could cause the mower to shut down??? not really knowledgeable with cub cadets. any info or opinions appreciated!
