Cub Cadet Not Starting

I was mowing my lawn yesterday and the pto stopped working, so I drove the mower to the shade and killed it. After looking under the mower etc. I attempted to start it and it would not make a sound. I have checked the battery, the starter, the solenoid, and the fuse. Anyone with a suggestion?

YEAR-05--MODEL 1042 13bx11cg709--SERIAL NUMBER 1k184h30217--kholer engine.

I have turned the pto off.
