P PaulJr57 Forum Newbie May 13, 2018 #1 Hi all, new to this site. My brothers Cab Cadet LT 1045 won't move forwards or backwards. He replaced the drive belt. But the mower still will not move forward or backwards. The starter is new as well as the spindles and battery.
