Cub Cadet LTZ1040 deck height adjustment

Can anyone provide a video or simple instructions how to adjust the deck height on my Cub Cadet LTZ1040?
 
Also bent blade and deck damage can make this impossible to do until the problems are corrected. Another example of a problem is the one I just repaired last week where someone put on two different manufacture blades on their CC ZTR. Same style of blade just formed differently. No amount of deck adjustment would corrected the problem.
