I went to start it today, and it wouldnt start, spun over strong,
Turns out the choke wasnt closing all the way, once I manually pushed the butterfly closed it fired right up,
I'm assuming an adjustment needs to be made to the linkage, but I'm not quite sure where to look first,
Nothing in the owners or service manual.
I finally got some free time and got it fixed.
for others who have this problem:
you'll need a Phillips head screwdriver, put the throttle to the full choke position, you will see the choke arm assembly moving to help you identity it.
Ontop of the throttle assembly plate is a small Phillips head screw, on mine it was painted red.
I then manually closed the choke all the way with my finger, and tightened the screw until it made contact with the choke arm lever. Or until you feel resistance.
I now have full choke when I need it.
