just curious but im trying to sell my cub commercial hydro walk behind. its a 48 inch deck. it has a new Kawasaki engine on it that is 15 hp. just curious why is it so hard to sell a cub cadet commercial. Im trying to get about 1300-1500 for it. am I asking to much?? the engine alone cost 1000. one pump was rebuilt and it runs fairly good. trying to get the most I can for it to buy a new zero turn. any comments would be grateful.

Probably because not a lot of people use cub cadet for commercial use I know there are some but few and far between I wouldn't buy one the name in my mind makes me think of there push mowers (look mtd craftsman) and there riders ( look residential) I don't see the commercial ones the first one I have ever seen was user ric had one

I've used it for one years cutting. Have put probably about 1500 in to it. Like rebuilt right pump and new engine. So my question is, is 1500 a fair asking price2013-04-02_19-24-29_359.jpg
Also this is before I put the brand new Kawasaki engine on it

How old is the unit? I noticed it has a fixed deck with pistol grips. Some of the larger commercial companies are and have gotten away from pistol grips for ergonomic reasons ( scag, exmark, toro). Also like exotion said not to many companies use Cub Cadet for commercial purposes.

Its a little early in the season. I say a little closer to lawn mowing season it will sell a lot easier.
