Mower a 2014 LTX1050, 13WQ93AP009

Owner says after one of the headlights fell out and the wiring shorted out, burnt on the exhaust it will not crank..".it won't even click click".

He and his mower is in another city too far to get to easily. He's relatively mechanical savy. What are some suggested things he can look for that
would cause such a shutdown?

Thanks in advance,

bartles

Depending on how the headlights are set up it could of blown the main system fuse. So I would start by checking the fuses.

Yes it is likely the main fuse is blown since this unit's are powered by the DC circuit A1 via the B terminal of the ignition switch.

Thank you very much! Hopefully he can trace out the wiring and find this fuse. What seems to be simple by some can be
beyond the paygrade of others:).

Thanks again!!

Cant get much below my pay grade here. Of course when I do the work for others I do charge a reasonable fee. I use to work for minimum wages and did repairs. With my current knowledge they can go jump in a lake and come out with a belly ache as far as I care.
