craftsman 18 hp 42 inch cut, model # 917.287050, serial # 112706C010209.
number on brake disc is 7103.

Should be Husqvarna part number 583301401, if I’ve done my research correctly. I dd not cross it over to Dana or Peerless numbers, but a good repair shop should be able to do that for you.

Looks like the Dana part number is 407134 which my distributor is crossing over to the husqvarna 583301401 are showing both numbers as NLA.

Dana 6800-2 Transaxle

Go to your local mower graveyard and look for one. Dana hasn't supported this transaxle in a long time.

Don't waste yer time looking for another Dana. They had to quit making parts before my warranty ran out on a 42" rider.
It's a POS. 1st thing is leaking at the wheels..
