Craftsman riding mower that has a two bagger on the back. Grass will sometimes get stuck in the shoot. Always mow when is not wet out and in the afternoons. I have tried spraying WD40 in the beginning of the shoot to help but it still seems to get stuck at times. Anything else to try?

To bag proper you need high lift blades and a good deck to match. This completes the recipe. A crap deck and high lift blades is not the full picture. There are good mowers and there are GREAT mowers. Read below.
The best baggers are Snappers bar none. Snapper have wing tips you bolted to the blade/s for extra gundy lift. As in it will drink the fuel running it. Equally impressive suction power from the deck. Feast your eyes on this king jewel of a design.

This recipe will clog ALL the time. Deck is a simple slinging type with no good high lift blades. It's not made to bag. YES you can "buy" a bagger and haul it around your yard. And get off every 13 feet to unclog it. Thick springtime grass is a killer trying to bag with a Craftsman.
All you can do is sling in one direction and maybe rake up the clippings.
Or buy a Snapper 33" rear engined rider and bag like a champion. Mine with it's single 33" blade cuts like a laser beam.
