Craftsman riding mower transmission

about 2 year old Craftsman riding mower that I think may have a faulty transmission. I just changed the drive belt and it did not fix the problem.

Automatic
Craftsman 42", model 91728626, (YTS4000)
 
More info would be nice. Does it move, make growling noises when moving. Can you move the mower when it is not running with the roll release lever pulled.
 
Some riding lawn mowers have the little wire thing sticking out the back of the transmission. Pull it out, and the transmission is disengaged from axle. If it is disengaged, tractor won't move even though the engine is running.
