Got mower back from repair person with the choke and throttle disconnected. Springs also not connected. Need help as to where each part goes. Also the governor springs were disconnected. Need help and especially a blown up diagram of the where these parts are to be connected. Thanks

If you paid money for this "repair" take it back.
The throttle linkages are shown on page 28 of your owners manual.
This mower should have a single control wire with the choke being an overrun on the throttle cable
The govenor spring placement will depend which engine is fitted

Other springs ?

There are a lot of springs fitted to this mower and idea which spring you are talking about ?

The carb. no. is 445777-0129-e1. Should there be something going to the hole on the far right of the "Governor plate". By the way this was a friend that I thought he knew something about mowers.

There are 2 govenor springs.

Rather than trying to describe where they go I will try to upload the govenor section of the manual.
look at all of the illustrations to see the correct locations.

Thanks for your help and downloads, the motor is purring like a kitten now. Pictures speak a thousand words.
