Hey. I have a R110/TB30R (Craftsman/Troy-bilt) Great machine. Superb cut. Love it. Only problem is the tires don’t grip well going up, or turning on inclines.
Is there an alternate set of tires or wheels available with more traction?Maybe even knobby tires would work...

A bit messy . but cut evert 3rd or 3th lug out of the tyre with one of those angle grinder carving tools
That will give you the best of both worlds.
Be careful, the tyres are very thin and you don't need to remove every trace.
What your are trying to do is expose the side edge of some of the tread so it can bite into the surface.
Also watch the air pressure a 0.5 psi difference can cause a good tyre to slip
