Craftsman Pro series Model 247.204420 Blade engagement switch

I need instructions on how to install blade engagement switch (part# 925-3233A) on pro series tractor model number Craftsman 247.204420. It looks like I need to remove either gas tank or upper dash. But neither of those options seem easy to do.

Yep the fuel tank has to come out to get to the PTO switch
