Craftsman Briggs 17 HP miss-miss running in low idle

When it is running full throttle, it seems fine but when I lower the throttle then it runs miss miss. does anyone know whats the problem?

Dirty idle passage way in the carb. Best fix, remove, clean very well with a soaking, rebuild with a rebuild kit, reinstall, should be good to go.
