This is a riding mower that needs a starter. I can't find one here, so I need help in locating a starter or a kit to rebuild.

Have you checked on e-bay a lot of times they have new and used starters on the for mower. You need to know what engine you have in your mower first, make and model.

If you come back with that info we might be able to help you find a good deal. You want to make sure that you are getting the right part to avoid total frustration and wasting money.
